### 4/5 — Check out at 11:00 AM

*2025-04-25, version 1.4.11*

I like the hotel and everything in it, but I don’t understand why the check out is too early and the check in is at 4 PM . My aunt wanted to rest in the hotel while the rest of us went to the Lego park but she could not because the check out was at 11:00 AM

### 3/5 — The app isn’t sufficient

*2024-10-08, version 1.4.9*

The photo service and ride reserve require going outside of the app. Menu info and allergen info also not available on the app.
Legoland is great- the app leaves a lot to be desired.

### 3/5 — Lego hotel

*2024-07-01, version 1.4.5*

Food cold

### 3/5 — Wait times need help.

*2023-07-23, version 1.3*

The best benefit of this app for us would have been wait times, but every wait time was off by at least 20 minutes, some longer some shorter….made it hard to take advantage of shorter wait times. I did like that it gave upcoming show times around the park but never did find where to see what was playing in the 4D theater or what times the shows there would start.

### 3/5 — Could be better

*2023-07-21*

There is still ongoing construction in the park. Not a lot of thrill rides, almost all the rides are for small kids. Not a lot of people so wait times are short. There's a photo deal for 30$ but photo ops and photographers throughout the park are rare. Food is expensive and not that good, although the refillable drink is worth getting. Park closes at 7pm, a bit too early for summer.

### 4/5 — Nice help for a visit

*2023-06-19, version 1.2.17*

The application works quite well, could have some features like including the food ordering instead of a separate site. The only poor feature are the waiting times (that could be one of the most important options) because they are not quite accurate but again still useful app

### 3/5 — The Hills

*2023-05-30, version 1.2.16*

I love the Catskills Mountains but I wouldn’t build a theme park on it. The hills going through Miniland are a lot; though the mini cities are a marvel, sometimes you just want to go to the rides (excuse me, my kids want to go to the rides). There is no fast way down (with a stroller); I actually seen people going off-road…downhill. I took the stroller downhill too (after meandering through the Lego cities); my kids enjoyed the off roading.

The park has NO apple juice…bring your own. The only apple juice we found was at the coffee shop (which is up the hill). And once you go down the hill, the only time your going back up is to exit. The dining hall in the middle of the park, only has…Pizza and pasta; that’s right, no fries, no burgers, no dogs, no tenders…and no apple juice. My kids are 3 and 5, they need their apple juice; they don’t drink soda and lemon aid…so we settled for…ice cream. Not even the hot dog vender had fries. I was told if I wanted fries, I had to go to the 2 opposite sides of the theme park.

We stayed the night…the themed rooms were cool, my kids love the bunk bed area. However, the walls are extremely thin…we went to bed with the kids at 8:40. We heard everyone on our floor, go into their rooms, walk (and run) down the hall, talk, laugh, and ice cooler wheels (maybe they bought their own apple juice…but how did they make it back up the hill?).

Overall, we enjoyed the park. You MUST get the Reserve & Ride…that’s the only way to enjoy; don’t be cheap. If not, you will be waiting in a long hot line, watching my family skip up, get on, enjoy, then skip to the next ride (while you still wait). We really enjoyed the resort pool at the hotel, but no fries or apple juice! I had to towel off and get both from inside at the bar. The pool had no wait service; so we (I) had to shelp our food back to our chairs…I’m not a octopus so I had to make 2 trips (not including the trip to the bar for fries and apple juice).

Oh, I forgot to mention that they welcomed us with nice apple juice boxes in our hotel room…so they DO know kids drink apple juice.

I have so much more to say but my thumb is tired.

### 5/5 — So much fun!

*2022-07-18, version 1.2.8*

My mom and I took my eleven year old boys to Legoland NY and had the absolute best time! I will go back and take my husband and older girls!

### 5/5 — Ummm…

*2022-07-05, version 1.2.7*

This app was so helpful on our trip to Lego land! I could instantly find out where the nearest restrooms, refill stations, and restaurants were. I didn’t have to wait in long lines because the app tells you wait times and how long it would take to walk to certain rides. You can see which rides children can and can not ride . It also had an easily readable map and everything on the map was labeled so it was impossible to get lost. If you are taking a trip to Lego land I would definitely recommend this app. It made the trip so easy and next time we go I will definitely use it again! This app definitely earned 5 stars!

### 4/5 — Great for younger kids

*2022-07-02, version 1.2.7*

This place was great experience for my 5 year old grandson. He loved the pirate theme room & the castle play area. You need to be careful because some of the parents do not watch their kids. Especially the boys with the play swords. Some were getting out of hand. There are plenty of legos to play with within the hotel. The pajama dance party was fun for those who like to dance. The hotel & pool was very clean. The food at the Bricks was quite good, dinner & breakfast. For the high price, it can feed between 2-3 people, which made the the price more reasonable.
Do not expect a Disney experience, especially from the young workers. Some tried to be happy, but the ones who were into it was the older generation. The worst ones are from the 4D show, especially they were in air conditioned building. There were no signs to tell the show time.
I did not appreciate that many items sold in the stores did not have the price listed.
Two days were perfect to get in as many attractions or rides. If you do not think a 5 year old does not need a stroller, the answer is no, get one.
We will come back next year. The price & short distance location worked on our budget compared to Disney.

### 2/5 — Cannot access tickets

*2022-06-05, version 1.2.5*

I booked tickets weeks ago, but I’m unable to add them to the app. It says to put in an “order number” and my e-mail address. I definitely have the right e-mail address (and it IS spelled right), but I can’t find an “order number” anywhere. I tried putting in the “booking number” and “customer number”, but neither work. Really frustrating! I hope when we arrive at the park someone will be able to help me out and give me the right info to enter!

### 5/5 — Great Time!

*2022-05-24, version 1.2.5*

We had a great time at Legoland theme park! We went on a Monday and it wasn’t crowded which was great, not much wait time if any for rides. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
Only complaints are the Adventure ride broke while we were on it, we were stuck for about 15 minutes and we didn’t get to finish the ride and the little boat ride also broke while we were on it, and yo compensate us the only thing we were given was a skip the line pass which we didn’t need as there were no lines.
The show at the end was a lot of fun !!

We stayed at the hotel so it was great to just walk over to the park.
We would recommend Legoland.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t check wait times outside of the park

*2024-07-04, version 1.4.5*

I’m very disappointed after buying gold passes for this season to discover wait times are geo blocked to inside the park. I’m sure they don’t people to be discouraged from coming at peak times. But we want to see wait times on weekend and holidays days so we can better plan out our next trip. Lame.

### 1/5 — Legoland😤

*2023-10-08, version 1.4*

This Lego Land has to many buying stuff

### 1/5 — Park is fine but

*2022-08-06, version 1.2.9*

The app is so user unfriendly! Not at all intuitive or navigable. From making reservations to transferring info from email confirmation to the app to using the app when leaving to get free parking as a season pass holder. Had to use the help button on the parking kiosk when leaving the park to get the arm raised to leave. Also, the food is pretty awful and horrendously expensive. The staff is wonderful though. Friendly and conscientious.

### 1/5 — Wrong Ride Restriction Info

*2021-06-13, version 1.0*

After waiting over an hour on the Dragon was told unable to ride. The restrictions are completely wrong and the ride even showed our full group eligible for ride even after giving youngest height info.

### 1/5 — a useless app

*2021-05-31, version 1.0*

not much you can do with this app

### 2/5 — Wait timeainaccurate

*2024-05-26, version 1.4.5*

Wait times are completely inaccurate. Ride said 10 mins. I waited over 30

### 2/5 — Inaccurate wait times

*2023-08-23, version 1.3*

Most of the app was useful but the reported wait times were completely inaccurate. We waited 60 min for a ride that showed as 25 min and 0 min for a ride that showed as 65 min. This was really disappointing because the park was packed and it would have been really helpful to know the actual wait times of rides. I wonder if it just shows the average wait time instead of real-time data.

### 2/5 — App is Ok. Wait times fake(

*2023-07-30, version 1.3*

Shows 5 min wait time takes 35min

### 2/5 — Very hard to read

*2022-07-19, version 1.2.8*

This app is not great. The map is too small and the font color is horrible and so hard to read. Please look at Disney’s app and copy them.

### 2/5 — Wait times

*2022-06-12, version 1.2.5*

Wait times were not accurate on app

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Legoland

*2024-10-06, version 1.4.9*

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Legoland today. We also enjoyed using the Legoland App. It was real easy to scan the tickets. We will be returning soon.

### 5/5 — Tickets not received

*2024-05-29, version 1.4.5*

I did not got the tickets in my mail after booking wherein I made booking a week prior and then we have to wait for parking and get the physical print out wasted almost and hour and yea ultimately missed few rides

### 5/5 — Model Citizen

*2023-11-12, version 1.4.1*

Model Citizen Lenore is the best.
She seems to be a jack of all trade.
Today, she was directing cars in the parking lot.
Other days she is was patrolling the park.
Lenore always asks how we’re doing. Such a friendly model citizen.

### 5/5 — Amazing experience

*2023-06-28, version 1.2.17*

The park itself is clean and yes this includes the bathrooms! Everyone is so nice! Neymarie went above and beyond to make sure my boys had the best experience! Thank you so much!

### 5/5 — A new great place for kids and families

*2023-06-09, version 1.2.17*

Met family (daughters and grandchildren) at Legoland .. Everyone enjoyed themselves - park is small enough to walk to the back to the front and back again - to go on more fun rides . Enough rides to keep us all happy

Only negative food - both choices and prices were not nearly as family friendly and accessible as the rest of the park.

Park should be very beautiful when the landscaping matures.

### 5/5 — Magical

*2023-05-28, version 1.2.16*

This place was incredible. Food and toys and stuff were reasonably priced(for where this was). I did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking. $30 a day seems crazy to me- at least for me who already spent so much money on the hotel/Lego land package

### 5/5 — Legoland experience

*2022-09-26, version 1.2.9*

We visited Legoland hotel and park for our daughters birthday and it was the most spectacular and memorable experience. The hotel was so beautiful and everyone provided excellent service. I would like to mention the doorman Jack that greeted and took care of us Friday night 9/23/2022. Staring from the hotel door you get the spectacular experience. The elevators are so cool with music and disco lights. When you clap the light colors change. The restaurant was excellent and would like to extend a BIG THANK YOU to manager Sal, manager Jason, the evening manager of Saturday 9/24/2022 my apologies as I didn’t get his name. Our Saturday evening waitress Julia. Even though they were several kids birthday celebration the whole team made our daughter Mia feel so special. The food was delicious. The breakfast both days Saturday 9/24 and Sunday 9/25 was great. I can’t express enough how great the team is. Despite how busy it was they make sure that everyone feels special. At the Park would like to mention Chris as the entrance, he was so friendly and helpful. The second day he remembered us. Thank you Legoland and the fantastic team for making our daughters birthday so Spectacular. Kudos to great management and employees that are very well trained. We will definitely visit again. This time we tried the Pirate theme room and next time will convince the kids to try a different theme 🤗
Best wishes and congrats Migena And family

### 5/5 — Legoland Trip 8/24

*2022-08-25, version 1.2.9*

The trip was awesome but the lines were long and it was apparent on some rides (The bigger Dragon rollercoaster) that staff did a great job of expediting movement of the wait time. Whereas on the Dragon’s Apprentice staff were less enthusiastic & took their time. I unfortunately am unable to afford the prices of the additional “reserved” fee to speed up wait times but that is a must! Unless you want to wait upward of 45 minutes per ride. There are also not enough drink stations to refill your $19.99 plus tax souvenir cup. Otherwise my kids loved it and want to stay in the hotel … but again 1 K for 1 night is a bit steep. The Lego models are so cool & the 4D movies were amazing!
