But of course at the start it’s not like that and, the place can’t control how many people want to go on a ride but if you go I recommend to keep in mind that you’ll have to wait to get on any ride. Even so there is still Amazing rides there and I’d love to go again. ### 3/5 — Suggestion *2025-08-06* The app is good and I downloaded in advance to plan the day. We can include the tickets and people in the group with height so it suggests which rides are suitable. The up to date queue times was very handy. I would like to see the rides colour coded to include which section/area it is in. Also on the map if the different sections are colour coded it would be more helpful. You are given directions from the app but when it’s directing you can’t see the areas names so with loads of people it’s hard to navigate. ### 2/5 — Queued for an hour for Laser Raiders.. *2024-11-30, version 2.5.12* with 7 children and then the ride broke down and we couldn’t go on. ### 3/5 — It’s ok… could be better *2024-08-10, version 2.5.11* Yes the map is good with the filters. But it could be better. The shop aspect does not have all items you can purchase prior to the day, such as the drinks or mini figure factory purchases. I o my found out through useful Facebook groups that were not LEGOLAND managed. Secondly and most annoyingly, when I downloaded my tickets to the app, not all of them worked. Which completely threw me when I showed them my QR code they asked for either my email or telephone number on the day- I think that was for the digi-pass (could have been something else) I felt the info provided prior to the visit could be better, especially for the hotel. No where before did I see the woodland accommodations I had included a fridge, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, tea/codfee. These things would be helpful to know before. The ultimate ride pass was a waste of money. I ended up not being able to book the busy rides- yet I could access them with additional cost! When I had spent an additional £100 per person is just a con. And honestly made me really upset and angry when I saw I couldn’t access with the top pass but could pay an additional amount to access the ride! Shocking. All in all, I loved the accommodation but the park there were so many frustrations, that I didn’t experience with other parks I’ve been to. Again, lots of room for improvements. Staff were overall really nice. Didn’t have a rude or miserable one. We had a really fun time. The ride reserves were not necessary today. It’s a shame as it would be really convenient to see all the food options (including hot dog stands, refresh/refill kiosks, ice creams etc) as we found that these didn’t appear in the list of food options. If they are on there, then they are not very easy to find. ### 2/5 — Decent app apart from the hugely inaccurate queue times *2024-03-23* The app is great as a map for finding things easily, no question about that. But…in my opinion the most important part of the app is the queue time feature and this is where it fails miserably. As I write this I’m stood in a queue for a rollercoaster with my son…on entry both the app and the screen at the ride stated 15 mins, yet we’re now 25 mins in and still about half the queue to go. Meanwhile my wife and youngest sit waiting elsewhere. This just tells me the systems aren’t refreshing the time estimates anywhere near as frequently as they need to be which renders this essential part of the app utterly redundant. It’ll be a cost reason no doubt! ### 4/5 — Great theme park for all ages *2023-10-15* It’s a great theme park which has something for all ages and varied interest.. Staff are helpful and accommodating.. Toilets are clean and most facilities are in good condition. There’s a lot of toilets everywhere.. you don’t have to walk too far to go from one place to another.. the only thing we couldn’t find is a train to go back up the exit especially we had 2 elders with us. The food in farmer’s Joe is not good value for money, but we still ate there anyway. I booked it for my granddaughters aged 8 and 5 , booked to see Father Christmas -HOW DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! For nearly £30 a child on top of the entrance fee , for only 2 minutes in with Father Christmas and a quick walk through some snowy trees , I would not recommend. As we were staying at the new Woodland Lodges I thought I’d get this app - supposedly to keep the tickets and accommodation safely and conveniently… except the app didn’t upload these vital things! I complained to Windsor Legoland well over a month ago and was asked to print them instead. The internet connection at Legoland takes an eternity to connect (need the patience of a saint to recall the precise information required - tricky when you have your hands full with the children). The map might be useful (to find rides) if it responded more accurately to where you are at that time with the orientation. The waiting times on the app were a very rough indicator of how long you might actually be waiting. I struggle to think of anything that was good on this app for customers at Legoland Windsor. ### 1/5 — App just freezes on opening, just an annoying app *2024-06-20, version 2.5.10* Can’t get it to work, crashes when you open it, not fit for purpose. But the queue wait times actually really hindered our experience. They simply were not accurate/ updating fast enough. We would walk to a ride with a ‘10 minute wait time’ to then be told by the staff it’s actually 70. And another that said 10 (and didn’t have such helpful staff) took over 60. And equally we would go on a ride that said 50 minutes and be on in less than 10. We had to ignore it (and the digital boards) by the end of the day ### 1/5 — 2023 prices are VILE!!! *2023-07-21, version 2.5* i cannot believe lego land are charging £10 for parking in an amusement park!!!! not only that the food was OVERPRICED and disgusting , the fish was dry and 80% batter….i mean come on £3 for a bottle of coke!!! AND £16 FOR A REFILLABLE BOTTLE….let’s not forget how you pay £3 just to dry yourself off when on the pirate log ride, they purposely make you soaking wet after a 40 min wait to pay more money. i’m disappointed but the dragon 3d ride was spectacular and the staff are really lovely! ### 1/5 — Misleading Queue Times *2023-07-16, version 2.5* Queue times are misleading. 5 mins easily end up being 30 mins, when app was last updated a minute ago. Reserve & ride is a waste of time as they only allow 1 or 2 from the reserve & ride queue for 10+ of the regular queue so it takes the same amount of time. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — LEGOLAND *2026-08-25* People are saying it’s not necessary because there is lots of maps around the park however that’s not all this app has They have a feature where you can plan your stay by selecting what your doing where your staying( if you are) Also it shows the queue time for rides About the actual park though Last year we came here and it was amazing staff friendly and kind Food was amazing Rides were very fun We stayed at the woodland village and they were very clean This year was good Staff very nice On the first day we came the worker in the woodland restaurant and bar Gave me a free purple pop badge Food was alright Service for food however wasn’t great They forgot things and dropped an egg Rides were still fun And we loved our stay ### 5/5 — Poor show by LEGOLAND *2025-07-01, version 2.5.12* Had a great day along with the weather being in the low 30’s. Surprised how LEGOLAND had closed the splash park. Along with a few parts of duploworld.
