Any day working with shades it’s a bad day. Make me cross the road without looking both ways. ### 1/5 — Unreliable, wish I’d gone with Lutron *2022-05-06, version 2.4.0* I bought QMotion shades for my entire house instead of Lutron because I liked their fabrics better and I listened to someone who told me they were cheaper but just as good as Lutron. Biggest mistake I ever made. App crashes, shades unpair, sometimes one shade goes up and down but the one next to it does not. Shades/rooms disappear. You can rename shades or change order on the app. Worst app and worst product ever, despite costing thousands and thousands of dollars for the shades. Have to use remotes as app does not connect to any shades even though the shades show up. AWEFUL!! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-05-14, version 2.1.4* Whether it’s the app or the shades themselves, they are the most unreliable shade product I have ever experienced. ### 1/5 — Poor implementation *2020-02-26, version 2.1.3* Fails to work with QZHub...crashes every time. ### 1/5 — Multiple Issues *2020-02-11, version 2.1.1* I am an integrator and I recently had to replace a hub for a client because Qmotion no longer has the server to support the Qube. They sent the zhub3 which seems to work but this app is a different story. I was able to pair shades easily enough but the app constantly crashes, shades that were previously added to a group disappear and I can’t rename any of the shades. This is on both iPad and iPhone. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2019-09-09, version 2.0* Sure, the app works, but only if it wants to and is in a good mood. Constant refreshes, shades not showing up, and unintuitive pairing of devices make this a hard app to recommend. I’d almost just go for the actual remotes next time.
