## What is LEI Genesis?

LEI Genesis is the in-home selling tool for LEI Home Enhancements.

### 4.6.100 — 2024-06-10

We’ve fixed an issue where the Seller Signature Date field doesn’t sometime populate.
Dealers with Portal ID logins will be able to log in to their ProVia integration.
In SM appointments, line item adders will be visible after a user selects Confirm Configuration.
We’re making changes to ensure that home data on the Appointments page is accurate.
Offices will have the option to disable sending emails based on email type.
Hard stop messages will be displayed at the question level.

### 4.5.100 — 2024-05-14

Introducing a new sales step: Needs Assessment. Users can complete their Needs Assessment questionnaire within Vendo and automatically send the document to their back office.
Dealers can filter product catalogs for an appointment—based on the product interests that were selected for that appointment—and result each catalog separately.
Sales steps can span two lines, both having a ten character limit.

### 4.4.100 — 2024-04-08

Offices can default all custom adders to be taxable. When this setting is applied, users can’t update the Taxable Service checkbox.
We’ve fixed an issue with dates being based on the UTC time in the Show All view of the Appointments home page.
Organizations that use the Quote Header primary feature can rename references to "Quote Header" in the mobile app.
Offices can hide the "No defects found" verbiage on the Inspection Report when no conditions are selected.

### 4.3.110 — 2024-03-25

We are now allowing offices to determine if they'd like their discount override to apply to package price or discountable package price.
Admin users will have more control over how pricing values are rounded in Price Configurations, including whether to use decimals or not, and if those values should be rounded up, down, or to the nearest value.

### 4.3.100 — 2024-03-11

When a mobile app user minimizes the app, the Appointments page will automatically refresh when it’s reopened.
Offices that use Paradigm Payments will have the option to charge credit card surcharge fees to a homeowner instead of absorbing the fee themselves.
When creating promos in the Admin Portal, users can choose which promotion categories can be stacked with a promotion during an appointment. The promotion list in the appointment will dynamically update based on this setup.
