Leibor: jobs on video

Job hunting happens on video, not on paper. Record yourself for a minute answering a few questions and let businesses near you see who you are before they read a thing. No CV, no cover letter, no waiting for a reply that never comes. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR WORK • One video, one minute. The app guides you question by question: all you have to do is answer. • Applying is free. Always, and with no subscription. • Jobs near you, on a map. You know where the job is before you apply. • Swipe: interested or not. When there's a match, the business contacts you directly. • You decide who sees you. Your video and your details are only shared when you apply, never before. IF YOU'RE HIRING • See the person, not the paperwork. Every application comes with a video recorded for your job. • Your questions. Add up to 5 questions the candidate will answer on video, or let our AI suggest them for you. • Post in minutes, in the exact spot: your job shows up on the map for candidates in the area. • Super like the profile you don't want to lose: it tells them you mean it and puts your job right at the top. • Unlock contact details only for the people you're interested in. You pay per contact, not to post. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your profile in a couple of minutes. 2. Record your guided video: the app tells you what to answer at each step. 3. Swipe through jobs (or candidates) and mark what you like. 4. If the interest is mutual, it's a match and you get in touch directly. No middlemen. WHY A VIDEO In one minute you can see what a CV never tells you: how you speak, how you explain what you can do, whether you'd fit in with the team. For candidates, it's a chance to stand out without years of experience. For businesses, fewer screening interviews and less time wasted. Available in Català, Castellano, English, Français and Português. Your data is yours: edit or delete your video and your account whenever you like, with full erasure under the GDPR.
