I had to start a scan with a painter pole today. Do better Leica. ### 4/5 — Unstabile Scannerverbindung *2026-07-27* Leider reißt die Verbindung zum Scanner ab, sobald man die App verlässt (lockscreen, homescreen und App Wechsel) teilweise kann der Scanner danach seine Position im Bezug auf die vorherigen Standpunkte nicht mehr orten und der Scan muss in einer 2. Scan Gruppe fertiggestellt werden. Dies passiert teilweise auch nach dem Akkutausch. Eine komplette vorregistrierung ist dann nicht mehr möglich und muss in Cyclone Register nachgeholt werden. Ansonsten top zufrieden 👍 ### 2/5 — Deleting Scans *2026-05-06, version 6.2* App works great. However, the storage on my mobile device fills up after a dozen or so scans. Even if you delete that scans in the app, they are not actually being deleted off your phone. In order to do that you have to delete the entire app and reinstall it. It would be great if full-size scans weren't stored on my phone at all. Or if the app cleaned up, it's local files when you deleted scans through its UI. ### 4/5 — Super App, wenn man weiß was man tut *2026-04-02* Leider spiegeln die Bewertungen nicht die Entwicklung der App wieder. Die App wird über verschiedene Lizenzmodell frei geschaltet. Einfach Downloaden und starten geht nur bedingt. Ich kann nur jeden einladen, diese mal über einen Scanner2GO Mietscanner zu testen. Man Scans registrieren, bereinigen, GeoTags anbringen und viele weitere Möglichkeiten der Dokumentation nutzen. Auch einfache Strecken und Flächen können gemessen werden. Unsere Kunden nutzen die App täglich und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Icons are tiny and disjointed, meaning the whole process in the field is far less streamlined. It is obvious that shoehorning in their subscription services was the driving force, with actual convenience of use taking a distant second. I’ve been trying for days and it continues saying “login error. Could not sign in. Try again later.” I’ve deleted the app, and restarted the iPad multiple times. Nothing works. I’ve seen this issue before on my older iPad but nothing this bad. When ok on very small projects if you have the time to keep reconnecting hardware, rebooting the app and going again. The app worked this morning but now it’s broken. App screen pops up for a split second and then completely disappears, seems to be crashing even before it’s fully loaded. Unfortunately I’m scheduled to do a scan tomorrow. Encima, para más inri, si se te ha olvidado borrar datos en el láser, te los vuelve a grabar en el iPad cuando sincroniza. ### 1/5 — Jedes Update schlimmer *2025-10-09* Ich habe habe das Gefühl, dass die App mit jedem Update schlimmer wird. Jetzt werden die Toucheingaben, zum Beispiel bei der Auswahl der Gruppe oder vertikale/horizontale Ansicht nicht mehr richtig umgesetzt. The latest version is very easy to use and reliable. There are a number of small bugs that do not affect performance that the developers have been made aware of. Consistent updates with full release notes. En revanche, grâce à la visite virtuelle et la multitudes de possibilités qu’offre le logiciel de traitement j’ai une efficacité au bureau que j’étais vraiment loin de pouvoir imaginer. J’ai fais des vidéos d’utilisation en français sur YouTube pour les interessé.es. Outil passionnant à mettre entre des mains expertes et précautionneuses.
