Don’t waste your time installing this app, it’s rubbish. ### 1/5 — Basic with poor UI *2024-04-02* Just about functional, but feels more like a GCSE project than a professional app (e.g. Nuffield’s, which is good). Needs a lot of refining to make the interface more user friendly. All very clunky and slow at the mo. Coupled with Leisure at Cheltenham’s policy of issuing fines to members who don’t scan their cards twice when attending classes, I won’t be renewing my membership and recommend looking elsewhere before you register as a new member too. ### 1/5 — Cannot log in with correct details *2024-02-07* My username and password works on the desktop but not when logging into this app. Annoying. ### 1/5 — Not Good *2024-01-14* The App refuses to recognise my e mail or chosen password, yet logging on through the website, identifies everything from registration. Therefore, I won’t be using the App and will continue to book my sessions through the website. Apps are only as good as the technicians who set them up. If you don’t maintain your App and accompanying software, it’s doomed to fail. ### 1/5 — Won’t recognise my user account *2024-01-10* App not updated and out of date. Wont recognise my account and password that was created today.
