The class was on the system and out of nowhere there wasn’t there. The reason for the poor rating for me is when I did book a swim, there was no way to recall my booking, presumably not a problem for a member. I should’ve made a note of the booking reference or something however, the app indicated that an email will be sent to me upon booking. No email has been sent and it’s been an hour since I booked. My banking app shows the transaction, but no email in my inbox, junk or any other email box.
