I have an over 60s card and I downloaded the app. I went to register on the app to be told someone exists with my name and DOB. So, I then tried to log in and the app asked for an Online Username and a PIN. I have neither! Next, I requested a new PIN which hasn’t arrived and I have no idea what my username is. When you install it, you have to select your “club”, that is, which sports centre(s) you normally use. Each Sports Centre has two entries in the “My Clubs” list. If you select a club which starts “Canolfan...” you will get Welsh Language for that club. Scroll down the list to find your sports centre described in English, then select that one. Now the app is in English. To change what you have now, got to the Menu and My Clubs, then click the + button.
