I have an over 60s card and I downloaded the app. I went to register on the app to be told someone exists with my name and DOB. So, I then tried to log in and the app asked for an Online Username and a PIN. I have neither! Next, I requested a new PIN which hasn’t arrived and I have no idea what my username is. No guidance at all on the website or the app. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — App performance *2023-02-11, version 5.112* The app is severely flawed.. Same goes for the website. No option for me to log in on app. When I search for a certain activity and try to see availability it says it cannot be found???. Deleted immediately. RCT council have their priorities all wrong. Website just as bad. I don’t speak Welsh and didn’t request a Welsh language. My 2 friends downloaded it and it’s in English. I tried to call the Sobell centre and no one answered my call. You would think in these days of everything being available online, information would be easy to access! There is a section of the website which gives a button for this, but nothing happens. I don’t speak my native tongue but if you search for the gym you will find the welsh and English versions. Works well, nice to have a one stop shop ### 3/5 — Abercynon Sports Centre *2022-08-15, version 5.112* App needs updating. My Gym occupancy always shows 23% no matter how often I refresh. It has also said for a very long time that the classes section is under construction. When will this be done so we can actually view the classes available? ### 3/5 — English to Welsh (or vice versa) *2020-09-12, version 4.61* To all those complaining about language choice, it is there, just not where you would expect it. When you install it, you have to select your “club”, that is, which sports centre(s) you normally use. Each Sports Centre has two entries in the “My Clubs” list. If you select a club which starts “Canolfan...” you will get Welsh Language for that club. Scroll down the list to find your sports centre described in English, then select that one. Now the app is in English. To change what you have now, got to the Menu and My Clubs, then click the + button.
