Can not tell which location I’m in. 😵‍💫 buttons are too small. The least important and never used button is upgrade to premium membership and is much bigger than book a class or open your membership card to scan 🙄 poor usability Developers. Please make the membership card available from any screen via persistent navigation. The new booking alerts section can mean 6+ clicks before I can get to the membership card to get through the barrier. People can be waiting behind me. Update - would be great if the membership card was accessible via the app navigation. I book onto a class in the car park and then have to scan in the gym but to access the card is several clicks meanwhile people are queueing behind me. Ideally the membership qr would be available for the Apple Watch so I could tap in more easily. Update — The card to pass the gym barrier is only within the app. I don’t want to bring my phone into the gym because the lockers don’t lock. I wear an Apple Watch as many gym members do yet there is no Apple Watch app. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any issues and we will look into improving user experiences. ### 2/5 — Too many clicks in update *2026-07-08, version 110.68* To book a swim is now a minimum of 15 clicks. Booking a class / swim is surely a key feature and should be made more straightforward: 1. View or make booking 2. Swim 3. Lane Swim 4. select day 5. select time / lane 6. Book for me 7. Book this item - yes 8. Select card - no Apple Pay option ☹️ 9. Enter cvv (4 clicks) 13. Pay now 14. Confirm billing checkbox 15. Click pay now And you can cancel at any step - so the confirmations to continue are unnecessary. Surely, surely this can be streamlined to about a third of that: 1. Switching to Apple Pay can remove a third of the clicks (cvv, address confirmation) 2. Removing confirmations could remove another third. Try using the app before releasing it! This distracts completely from what the app is for. Allow users to opt out or hide these adverts. The make bookings button is too small in comparison. ### 2/5 — Change for the sake of change *2026-07-03, version 110.68* This new app layout is much harder to navigate. Why change what ain’t broke. A backward step in my opinion. ### 3/5 — Still No Apple Wallet Support *2026-07-02* It would be more convenient if the membership card could be added to Apple Wallet so that I don’t need to open the app each time I need to scan my card - and hope I have a signal If Apple Wallet support was added it would also enable it to be used on the watch, allowing me to leave my phone at home. Just feels very much a mess. ### 1/5 — Clunky and slow *2026-06-27, version 110.28* It’s complicated, glitchy and extremely frustrating to use. ### 1/5 — How this app has more than one star is beyond me! *2026-06-20* 100% my most hated app on my phone. I’m forced to use it to book swims etc at my local leisure centre (Southwell) and it simply doesn’t work! I’m constantly having to call up or drive over to sort my bookings out. Scanning in doesn’t work, booking doesn’t work, family groups don’t work. I can’t see what’s included in my membership in the app, I can’t make alterations to my account in the app. It’s absolutely awful!
