Does not open. White screen

Sooo bad for an application you have to pay for…Doesnt open on my iPad nor my iPhone at all, or is just Showing a blank white screen…and you want monthly payment for that???WOW what a Scam!
Website Works more or less but could be better, because it legs and crashes quite often…
