I’ve relied on LEKFit for daily cardio and strength training, as well as developing new techniques like barre and heavier weight training as I age. My body is the strongest it’s ever been at 45! ( and I played volleyball in college!) After 5 years of 4-7 days a week of these easy to follow online workouts, My stamina and resilience I’ve earned has given me so much confidence as I age into midlife. If you’re looking for adding strength and cardio training into your life, then this is the one for you because all you gotta do is show up and press play. The consistency and reliability of the daily drop has been a godsend to my adhd brain. They also keep you motivated with loads of variety and the 7 day “daily drop” alternating workouts both on the rebounder and off- and you can experiment with different workouts like ballet and dance with awesome playlists and limited talking by the instructor- she just queues you up for the next move and keeps you moving at a steady pace, no extra fluff! Just the moves and the music. It’s also very motivational that the instructor is in her mid 40’s too! I’ll keep doing LEKFit as long as she’s doing it! The only workout better than this online workout is going to the flagship LA studio and doing it there! But if you can’t make that happen then invest in the LEKFit rebounder (it’s about $300 and I’ve had mine for literally 5 years and have only had to replace 20 of the worn bungees for about $25 pack of 5 -they sell them- in those 5 yrs) I love LEKFit 🖤🖤🖤 ### 5/5 — Best workout ever! *2026-05-25* This workout is truly amazing! It has changed my life. I use it a lot. The reasons why I love it is because of the trampoline, which is really easy on your knees and you get an amazing cardio. Lauren the trainer and creator is awesome! Her classes so fun! Motivating and ever changing workouts. The workouts are cardio combined with sculpting, weights, planks, etc. It’s very user friendly and very easy to follow, you will get hooked immediately. New workouts every week with throwbacks from classes before. Personally, I will never go back to anything else. The owner/founder is the WORST instructor, you can’t hear what she’s saying 90% of the time, doesn’t teach technique and spends more time looking at herself than teaching. The wide shot of the group classes makes everything so hard to see and it doesn’t help when the instructors don’t give clear directions. Please add a section where you can filter workouts by instructor.
