In that case why have it on the App Store? Lelo website doesn’t mention anything about this app being no longer active. Not needed?? *2023-06-27* Downloaded and after a couple tries connected on Bluetooth. But after pressing many “buttons” never seemed to do anything. Nor were the task headings useful. No returns possible for this product and no documentation or real instructions. Tried all the work around I saw on the web with no success. I give this one star only for the fact that customer care was polite although no help at all. **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for getting in touch with LELO! I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues connecting your F1s device. Let me give you some instructions on how to pair it with your phone to make sure it is being set up correctly before taking this into a claim. First, please check your device is fully charged. If it's not, charge your F1s for 2 hours. Next, please clear the storage/cache for the app in your device and then uninstall the app. Then, reinstall the demo app from the app store. Next, check that your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled but do not try to establish a connection through the Bluetooth manager of your phone, simply turn the Bluetooth on. Next, please do a short press on your F1S to turn it on, and when the LED lights start blinking please do a second short press to trigger the Bluetooth pairing mode on your F1S unit. It's important to do a short press as pressing and holding can turn the F1S back off. Once all LEDs remain on, the Bluetooth has been successfully connected. To use without the app, press the universal power button for 1 second and activate play mode. Please tell me if you have tried this and what happened. Contact me again if you still have issues with the application and I will gladly assist further. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy the F1s V2. The app doesn’t connect, so you just spend $200 on a toy with no tech. Trash! *2021-07-04, version 2.0.0* You’ll just be throwing money away if you buy the LELO F1s V2. I (and many others, just see the reviews) have had no luck getting the app to sync with the toy by following the instructions provided.
