As the buttons are on the side of the device, there is a possiblity that your device is shutting down under the auto-shutdown feature which kicks in at the 20 minute mark if no mode or intensity changes have been made. I brought on a cruise ship wifi and the app would not let me log in despite password changes. My recommendation is DON’T say it works with travel when it does not. Please be specific that it may not work at sea. My complaint is the FAQ specifics. It worked when I got back to shore. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for reaching out. As the App worked once you've come back to shore, it is likely that the wifi available was not stable enough to sustain the connection for it to work. At all *2026-03-12, version 1.3.4* Every link within the app just takes you to a Valentine’s Day special offer promotion. Regularly disconnecting from devices. Thought this company Lelo was supposed to be classy? Qr code also didn’t work. Guys who does yr programming?
