Come on guys ### 4/5 — Useful but buggy *2026-01-17, version 2026.1.14* Reported to administrators months ago that in order to switch between 2 properties in different LeMay divisions you need to delete and reinstall the app. Very useful if you only use it for your primary residence but those of us who manage many properties find the inability to monitor collection dates quite annoying, especially since it used to work fine in previous versions ### 2/5 — Useless app *2025-11-10, version 2025.9.29* What a useless app. It doesn’t matter you’re logged in; any changes you may request over the app needs to be followed up on a phone call. So what’s the point of the app? And for some reason all of the contact information is for Pierce County only, so I have to manually go to the website just to see what services I’m getting each Friday here in Rainier, Thurston County.
