They are aware that the app is down, but only for Apple users. Once I got the app, it notified me through a text. But, I would like to receive notices every time prior to my pick up. Otherwise the app is great for getting information. I highly recommend it. as far as I know, no bugs are fixes have been needed. And for some reason all of the contact information is for Pierce County only, so I have to manually go to the website just to see what services I’m getting each Friday here in Rainier, Thurston County.
