Please do not use this app if you want peace of mind. Not at all a smooth transaction experience. From my first transaction experience. ### 1/5 — Super complicated, clunky and numerous glitches *2026-08-28, version 26.33.0* My wife account opening was super clunky, having to navigate a terrible screen flow process to open the account that didn’t have a defined flow. My account opening had the same clunky process yet continually failed during the screen flow and required the help and chat functions to move to the next stages of account opening due to the app freezing. Eventually the account was opened after 2 days and now doesn’t recognise my main bank account to transfer money into it. Dreadful, the current savings rate is very attractive. I’m extremely IT literate so if you’re not stay away. Even the high interest rate isn’t worth this much pain. ### 1/5 — Beware of Scam *2026-08-27* The App says you can invite your friends and get $50 CAD, so I did. However, they call it LemFi cash and only let you use 1% of that reward towards a transfer, which helps with nothing.
