I’ve been trying to improve my blood sugar and cholesterol but fail to find time to do so. This app send me daily actions I can take and has 1-2 min reads that has thought me a lot. Would highly recommend if you are trying to build healthy habits.

I’ve been dealing with hypertension for a while, and Lemon has helped me stay more consistent with the habits that actually matter. I especially like the personalized recommendations, blood pressure tracking, and meal suggestions based on the DASH diet.

Instead of overwhelming me with information, the app gives practical actions I can take throughout the day. The reminders and weekly insights have helped me pay closer attention to my health and build better routines.

It’s still early, but I’ve found it genuinely useful and look forward to seeing how the app continues to improve.
