Now all this can be conveniently done in a few seconds using LemonLink app -- with no phone calls and no hassles.

Via LemonLink app, users can:
 
1. Make payments (monthly maintenance, utilities, etc.) and set payment reminders;
2. Grant building access for guests and visitors;
3. Customize residents access to different parts of the app;
4. Stay up-to-date with current building events and announcements;
5. Send requests to the building management (e.g. handyman, electrician, clearning, etc.);
