## What is Lena Coach?

The Lena Coaching application is intended to leverage modern software for an improved trainer-client experience. It is built to automate coaching workflows while maintaining quality of services, and ultimately provide clients with an improved training experience due to its advanced features. It can save coaches time by auto-generating client grocery lists for meal planning, which is then sent to the client for any optional edits, ensuring no unwanted food items make it to the suggested recipes. Recipes are suggested based on matching the clients’ purchased grocery items to the recipe components. Clients can create their own profiles with progress photos, allergens or food preferences, and editable training preferences. Your coach can initiate check-ins with you to fill out through your application, as well as 2-way messaging communication in-app with your coach. In summary, it is intended to have all of the capabilities necessary for a fitness and nutrition coaching application.
