## What is Lenara?

Press play in Lenara and a slow voice begins a quiet story while your room fills with gentle sound. The English sleep stories in Lenara were written in English, not translated from another language, with their own places, weather, pace, and nighttime rhythm.

Stories come first
Lenara is built around sleep stories. The library includes 1,021 sleep stories and 347 guided meditations, for 1,368 pieces in total and about 400 hours of listening. Most stories are about 17 minutes long, narrated slowly and softly to help the day feel farther away.

Soft narration, plus whisper mode
Choose the voice style that fits the night. Listen to calm, gentle narration, or switch to a whisper narration option when you want something even softer.

Guided meditations by topic
When you would rather be guided than told a story, choose a meditation for falling asleep, anxiety, body scan, breathing, morning, focus, gratitude, or letting go of tension.

Live ambient soundscapes
Add rain, waves, fire, forest, pink noise, or brown noise behind your story or meditation. Lenara generates these soundscapes live on your device, so they never loop and do not use data while playing.

A timer that fades out
Set a sleep timer and Lenara will fade the sound out gradually instead of cutting it off. When the audio ends, the screen darkens for a calmer nightstand.

Made for real bedtime habits
Download audio and text for offline use. Build playlists, return to your listening history, and follow your streak and listening statistics. Background playback and lock screen controls make it easy to listen without keeping the app open.

Lenara’s quiet koala mascot keeps the app gentle and simple, whether you are starting a bedtime routine or just need a few minutes to settle down.
