Delivery time is actually when their DoorDash partner is picking up your food and then DoorDash messages you with an updated delivery time. Our food was ready and then wasn’t delivered for an hour. Maybe the app is setup fine for pickup or curbside, but might as well order delivery directly with DoorDash or UberEats. Otherwise design-wise it was simple enough to use.
