I was skeptical initially but as I have continued investing my comfort and my belief has grown. Not only that , it provide great options for investment, their service in terms of a relationship manager has been great for me. I have Momota who helps me out with my investments, she gives the right advice in terms of where my money will give me maximum returns. They gave me high returns on my invested money. Along side, with the auto invest feature, my money was not lying in my wallet, rather was invested according to my selected preferences. My experience has been a complete disaster. I invested ₹10,000, but a significant portion of my money has turned into NPAs, and some loans show a 100% loss with zero recovery. Instead of earning returns, I ended up losing my hard-earned money. The platform makes investing look attractive, but when loans default, investors are left to bear the losses. I feel completely let down and regret trusting this app. If you value your money, think twice before investing here. There are far better and more transparent investment options available. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Lenden Club to anyone. ### 1/5 — Lack transparency *2026-06-17* I’ve invested in P2P lending before and switched to this app after the RBI regulations stalled this product from being offered in it’s original shape and form. To my disappointment, I noticed that I’ve actually received lesser money than what I’d invested owing to the non-performing loans and the fees they charged from me. We would like to look into your specific portfolio details; please write to support@lendenclub.com ### 1/5 — Please Don’t Invest hard earned money into P2P Trap *2026-05-18* I invested a small amount (around ₹3,000–₹4,000) in this P2P lending platform only to test the returns and understand how the platform works. I selected lower-risk/diversified borrower profiles expecting minimal but stable returns. However, I recently noticed that one of the borrower profiles I invested in is already marked as DPD (Days Past Due), and later classified as NPA with 137+ DPD. What concerns me most is that there was no proper investor notification or risk alert provided when the borrower profile started showing payment issues. If a borrower profile becomes risky or overdue shortly after investment, the platform should proactively inform investors and provide transparency. In my case, I also noticed negative returns/losses on invested amounts despite choosing what appeared to be safer borrower classifications. This review is not to discourage investing entirely, but to ask future investors to be cautious and thoroughly understand the risks before investing in P2P lending platforms. Please invest only after evaluating transparency, borrower tracking, notifications, and recovery mechanisms. Team LenDenClub. ### 1/5 — They r simply fraud *2023-06-17* I opened my account 2 years back for flexible investment but thn last year they forced lock my money for 1 year in the name of fmpp. I guess it was one for many and now when its time To release it, they r sending offers like 3 months, 6 months plan. Mostly it seems like they r gonna loose a lit of money and bankrupt eventually as fmpp closes for most like me and they lost trust by forcing money to another investment mechanism without consent. **Developer response:** Hi, We empathize with your query and would like to tell you that the current plan includes a lock-in period to ensure higher returns. When contacted over mail, they send a standard response template to any query. When contacted over phone they claim better returns over FD. Can someone please teach the concept of risk-adjusted returns to Lendenclub? I hope RBI is taking note of this scamster. I would not recommend others to deposit their hard earned money with lendenclub ### 1/5 — Up gradation issue *2022-08-04* Not at all happy with the upgraded application. My portfolio value is showing approx 20% less value after upgradation. Reason given is simple your principal and outstanding interest converted to FMPP without my consent. Tried to call customer care I could establish contact after 3 days of chase on WhatsApp and mobile no. When ever I raised the queries LenDenClub team revert keep investing for at least for 12 months plus for proper yield. Even after 12 months , my portfolio been negative means risk for principle and forget about Intrest part. Dash board reflects like ROi and IRR forecast not actual ...that makes you to invest more and more as well as recommend more friends or family .. kindly don’t do thatt.. Their bussiness case not right model as no validation of the borrower profile .. ### 1/5 — Is this a scam? *2019-03-17, version 1.7.1* Tried to sign up to be a lender. After 10+ tries to get them to send me a verification text I tapped the “call support” button. Got an answering machine with an Indian accent and was charged for an international call. ### 2/5 — High platform fee . NOT WORTH *2025-12-11* Very high platform fee , infarct what you will get is less than bank interest , I did a math after 18 days and my interest is just 5.4% annualised … so think about it , for this interest without hassle you can FD in Bank.
