Had to use the online version. Please fix it ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2025-04-06* Either very buggy or just no testing was done. The app isn’t functional. You can’t edit anything. As soon as you type and change fields the text disappears. None of the drop downs work. They are blank. I’m not sure why this app was even published or rolled out. UPDATE: 2 stars to 1 star. Now it won’t even login. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it. After entering username and password I receive my 2FA code by text but the app doesn’t even take you to a page to enter it. What a piece of junk. ### 1/5 — Broken *2024-07-04* App is broken. Will not let you make or save changes. Love lending pad but they have terrible mobile support. Make sure you have your laptop with you 24/7 because you can’t do anything with the app or an iPhone. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2024-04-12* Either very buggy or just no testing was done. In fact when I type anything in the Loan Edit, it disappears after you type! The point of the app is supposed to be to help loan officers on the go, this fails in every aspect of that! Better have you laptop, it doesn’t do anything it promises! The desktop version is clunky also! Always have to refresh, always have to reenter information because it doesn’t save! If this app and their desktop performed the way they say it does, this would be a very good origination software but since it doesn’t, it’s not wasted space on your phone! They must have the company by the balls because even though the LO’s hate the software, they won’t switch! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2023-02-24* Does not show like it does in computer view. Very useless to download app. Just shows you one screen which is pipeline. Doesn’t allow you to navigate at all. Figured it would be helpful to use while on the go, but I can’t even use it. Not helpful at all ### 1/5 — No role changes *2022-05-06* I have no idea how this works since there’s no way to change roles on here and it automatically takes me to a role that I can’t do anything with instead of the one all my files are on. Once they make it so I can change roles and actually see what it can do I’ll re-review it. Until then, this app is useless. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2020-07-23* Lending Pad is the best LOS software I have ever used but this app is worthless. All it does is allow you to add leads not manage your actual pipeline. Right now the only drawback back to Lending Pad is its lack of capability with mobile devices but still it’s light years beyond all other platforms. ### 2/5 — No Biometric Login *2021-07-08* Potentially a great app. Horrible login procedure. ### 5/5 — Great app *2021-07-26* I actually use this app more than the website. I do wish they would add more functionality to the app though. The things I would like to see improved upon are: 1. Import/Export 3.2 and 3.4 Fannie Mae files 2. Be able to print forms 3. Be able to upload documents 4.
