The interest rate was a little higher at 14% but could have been much worse. I was able to reach someone at any time with questions and they were really nice, reliable, and quick to answer questions. I was able to pay off my loan half way through with no penalties. That was also very easy. I don’t think I ever had to wait in queue which is so refreshing these days!Thanks!
