Refuses to connect to BT or WiFi. Horrible.

Brand new S40.  Doesn’t connect.   Either blue tooth or Wi-Fi.  See thermostat.  Connecting lasts for 8min but never connects.   Same issue on the S30 thermostats.   Not friendly at all I have found I save a lot of time just setting up thermostats  manually.   Luckily I haven’t had remote sensors yet otherwise I would be screwed.

### 1/5 — Will not connect to iPhone 14 Pro Max!

Cannot use this app!  It will not connect to the thermostat. The other techs running iOS and even android operating systems will connect, but there seems to be a problem connecting with 14 pro max. I had to download the app on the customers android just to connect to the thermostat. Please fix the connectivity issues iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 17.1.1
