Lennox, as an app, is garbage. With being known as an innovative company, you'd think they would follow suit and create a superior app. I am constantly getting logged out in the middle of switching tasks. Half the time, you can't even log in, in the first place. The navigation is another issue. It's sloppy and unorganized. I really don't think there is any benefit of using the app versus mobile web. Lastly, with so many complaints, why isn't anything being done to address these similar issues? Do the developers not care? Are they ignorant or maybe just underpaid? Fix this, Lennox. Do better. ### 1/5 — Frustrating app *2023-01-20* Often doesn’t load regardless of wifi or cell network strength. When it does load it’s usually very slow. I find it faster to use the website via my phone browser. It could be a very useful tool if it actually worked… ### 1/5 — Just poor *2022-11-01* So many times it just hasnt worked, and usually when you really need it too, load times are atrocius, error code look up doesnt work if you put the “E” in(really poor). I mean the list goes on but within about the last 2 weeks I get to the red loading screen and that’s as far as it goes. I should not have to uninstall and re download the app to get it to work. You’d think a company that’s heavily involved in some the best, smartest and most efficient equipment in the country would have a decent working app. Especially the app for those of us push and fix their equipment day in and day out. ### 1/5 — Service Tech *2022-08-10* I have to reload this app weekly. Otherwise it just spins like it’s trying to load and find information. I have spoke with tech support on multiple occasions and nothing gets solved. It’s disappointing and honestly holding me back at growing my business. You can’t search by serial number. If you search by model number you get multiple results. Half the time it doesn’t load. 100% of the time you have to login and then login again to get anything done. I can’t use any of this apps features without signing in and can’t find the place to create an account. This is a very bad look for Lennox, as a company. I have to actually hide myself, while trying to use this app from customers sometimes because it doesn’t work 95% to 100% of the time. It’s for lennox products. Can look up part#’s for specific Lennox units, service manuals, service bulletins, place orders, error code look up. I could go on & on about what it’s does. Every hvac manufacturer needs an app like this for their dealers. Im a service technician with 25 years experience.
