They have specials all the time but getting the app to apply the discount has been a frustrating experience. Now with the new version has logged me out and won’t let me back in. I eat there once or twice a week. Not since the update. This app is costing you sales. ### 4/5 — Offers *2026-03-24, version 1.5* When trying to use an offer in my inbox, it prompts me to click the “order now” button, which takes me out of the app to the website to continue my order, but does not apply the deal it advertised. If I want that deal, I have to place my order by phone or in the shop to get it. I notice on the pay screen there’s a spot to enter a promo code, which, if it were included in the inbox with the deal, would be great to type in so I can use the app to place the order. I tried to ask her about a sandwich and she was just looking at me like she wanted me to hurry up. Once I got home the sandwich was a plain sandwich with nothing on it...The time before she gave me the wrong sandwiches. Trying to apply rewards points at any point during the process (before creating an order, with items in cart, during checkout) throws a "Something went wrong!" message and doesn't apply the points. I reached out to Lenny's about this months ago, and they confirmed it's a known issue but haven't done anything to fix it. This issue ALSO happens when ordering through the Lenny's website. Seems like the whole rewards system is boned. What's the point of making their cashiers push the app if they can't even make it work right? ### 5/5 — Best Philly!! *2025-03-05, version 1.5* Lenny’s has consistently had one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. The meat is thinly sliced, chopped and lean. The cheese is melty. They have a bunch of extra toppings like sautéed onions and the best spicy pepper relish. The bread they use seems really fresh. App keeps on logging me out and now I can’t get back in. If you create your order and tap one of the icons at the bottom (stores, rewards, inbox, etc) it will wipe your cart. Very frustrating. I tolerate the dumpster fire they call an app because the food is that good. Olo is practically predatory, and it will eventually trick you into signing up. Promos never work in app and the pop ups cause me to lose my order progress half the time.
