The steps were lower by at least 20% when compared to my iPhone steps. All the sudden it will not connect to my phone. It is not recognized by any Bluetooth. I am thinking of removing battery to see if it helps. As a watch, it’s ok but big for a woman. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2019-01-01, version 3.0.4* Clunky and slow interface, bad design. Step syncing is terrible, on my watch I'll have 5000 steps and on the app it will say 11000. In effect my watch is bricked. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2018-12-23, version 3.0.4* Lenovo have done themselves considerable brand and reputational damage with this app and the watch (the Lenovo 9) it supports by failing to address the major problems that plague this app. The app regularly fails to connect to the watch (this seems to be a Bluetooth/firmware problem?) and consequentially any smart data from the watch is irretrievably lost. This is a daily occurrence. The watch as a smart watch is therefore useless. The only way to reconnect the watch is by doing a hard reset of the watch and re-pairing through the app but even this is not guaranteed to work with any consistency. I would not recommend buying the Lenovo watch or downloading this app. There are plenty of disgruntled Lenovo customers who think exactly the same as can be seen by a quick search of the Lenovo forums. Lenovo really need to sort this out ASAP. If I am typical of the customers who have bought this watch I will not be buying anything else that Lenovo sell, whether that is a watch, laptop, phone, etc. ### 1/5 — Poor watches, and poor app. *2018-12-20, version 3.0.4* Reviewed both the watch 9 and the watch X on YouTube, and it’s a miserable experience. Possibly good hardware but we will never know because this software is rubbish! AND WHY ARE THERE ADS IN THIS APP? come on guys, why are you displaying ads to people when they’ve already paid money to you to buy a watch in the first place? ### 1/5 — Apple Health export broken *2018-12-13, version 3.0.4* The app is OK, however it incorrectly dumps your steps to Apple Health completely ruining your data: it can dump all of your steps for last 3 hours and report it was only for a 5 minute interval meaning Apple has no way to see if it is duplicate or not with iPhone data. Also, it forgets to clear the counter, so it will report 1000 steps in the morning, then 5000 at midday, then 10000 steps at 3PM, totalling 16000 steps instead of 10000. Sending report to developer did not get any interest. Returning the watch. ### 1/5 — Lenovo watch *2018-09-24, version 2.4.0* Ne fonctionne pas. It's not even usable as a dumb watch without the app. 1) Continuously loses time - I need to recalibrate the time at least twice a day, over a few hours it loses at least 3 minutes 2) The watch randomly disconnects from the app, meaning steps and sleep are not recorded. 3) The app logs you out every other day - and when you log in you lose all of your history. 4) Generally, the app is just poorly designed. Overall, the watch is utterly useless as a smart watch because the app fails to record activity. It's utterly useless as a dumb watch because it loses 3 minutes every 3 hours, so can't be relied upon. Which makes it useless full stop. I'll go back to using fitbit. A bit quirky but once I worked it out it was fine. Only thing I wish it could do was pass my sleep data to Apple Health as well as steps. The sleep data it collects looks good, would love a record in Apple Health. I have a number of issues that I would like the developers to address: 1. There is no option to change from KM to M 2. Cannot see calories burned etc 3. The app could have a built in how to section to show users how to use the features 4. There is NO UPDATE FIRMWARE section?! This is a problem so please fix this. 5. The app only uses its built in camera app for shutter mode. Any way we can use the watch with IOS camera app? 6. The app disconnects from Bluetooth sometimes (possible bug?) 7. The battery section could have the information of approx how much power is left instead of just stating ‘sufficient power’ Please fix these issues and tweak the app. I really like the watch but with the current laggy app it’s not the best experience.
