This app is fake. I’m highly upset about this. I can’t even download apps anymore due to this current issue of not holding my account. I requested a refund for clearly a fraudulent tactic - I’m being told my claim is denied. Absolutely disgusting. However, once I paid for the full year subscription, it no longer allowed me to put in a name or phone number to do any kind of search. Only scanning which I feel is absolutely and a scam to just get your money. Do not even try. Even if you find the correct profile, it will load the wrong profile! I reached out to Apple support and they won’t refund the charge. Well it’s only $12.99 some might say but this is a scam!
