## What is Lensatic?

Train for service: runs, rucks, land nav and adaptive plans built around your pipeline, plus the schooling, fuel and standards you are measured against.

PICK YOUR PIPELINE
Thirty-five of them, from basic training to selection: SFAS, BUD/S, SWCC, MARSOC, Ranger, RASP, Air Force Special Warfare, TACP, 160th SOAR, Civil Affairs, PSYOP, the Coast Guard, Airborne, Air Assault, Sapper, Mountain, the competitions, every basic training and the officer routes.

EVERY MILE ON RECORD
- Run and ruck GPS tracking with pace, elevation and splits, recording with the screen off
- Ruck calories from the Pandolf load-carriage model
- Heart rate zones from Bluetooth chest straps and broadcasting watches
- Swim, gym and treadmill sessions in one feed
- Runs that Garmin, Whoop or any other app saves to Apple Health import on their own

APPLE WATCH
Record runs, rucks, swims, workouts and land nav on the watch's own GPS and heart rate, with pace gates, splits, zone alerts and a lensatic compass. Score the AFT, CFT, PFT, PRT and Air Force PT event by event. Every session syncs to the phone.

LIVE ACTIVITY AND WIDGETS
During a session, the clock, distance and pace stay on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Widgets show today's session, the weeks to selection, and the calories and macros left.

FOOD
Log meals by barcode, search or recipe, or scan an ingredient list with the camera, with water on the same page. Targets adjust to what you eat and burn, and meals from other apps come in through Apple Health. Powered by fatsecret nutrition API (www.fatsecret.com)

LAND NAV THAT GRADES EVERY LEG
Plot MGRS points, put the phone away and navigate by map, compass and pace count. The after-action review scores every leg: time, distance walked against straight-line, and how far you finished from the point.

PLANS THAT ADJUST
Adaptive plans open with an assessment that calibrates every target to you, then adjust as you beat or miss them. SFAS Prep is a 12-week program built on the published SFAS preparation guide. AFT, CFT, PRT and Air Force PT plans track every number against the minimums.

LEARN
295 lessons across 15 schools, each ending in a scored quiz: Casualty Care, SOCM, Land Nav, Battle Drills, Radios & Reports, Knots & Rigging, Survival, SIFT and more.

WHAT IS FREE
- GPS tracking, the Apple Watch app, the food log, the recovery log and the service PT test plans
- Land nav pace count, topo maps and map printing
- Every lesson in Casualty Care, Staying in the Fight, Survival, Marksmanship and the SFRE school
- The first two lessons of every other Learn school, and a two-week preview of the basic-training plans, Train Like an Operator and Pool Swim Development

WHAT COSTS EXTRA
One-time purchases, except the AI coach. US prices; the App Store shows yours before you buy.
- Pipelines unlock every program a pipeline recommends, and are priced in the app. Basic-training pipelines are $9.99 each or $24.99 for all four; officer pipelines are $14.99 each or $24.99 for all five.
- Learn schools: Land Nav $9.99, SOCM $14.99, Knots & Rigging $7.99, SIFT $4.99, Radios & Reports $5.99, Battle Drills $5.99, or all of them for $29.99.
- Unlock everything: $69.00 for every pipeline and school, not including the AI coach.
- AI coach (optional subscription): $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Charged to your Apple ID; auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends. Manage it in your App Store settings.

Restore Purchases brings what you bought to a new device. Family Sharing covers one-time purchases made in the app, not the AI coach.
