Keeps resetting to wrong currency even though it know what country it is because can detect closest store and show it to me in app. This bug has yet to be resolved after years!

I had a very disappointing experience with Lenskart.

On 27th July, I visited the BurJuman Mall store and finalized two frames. I requested that they be delivered to my office address.

However, when I checked the Lenskart app, it showed my order as “Delivered”, even though I never received the items. I immediately called the store, and they informed me that the delivery partner had picked up the order but had already gone home without delivering it to me.

I also tried contacting Lenskart through WhatsApp, but I have still not received any proper resolution. It is very concerning that an order can be marked as delivered without actually reaching the customer.

This experience has been frustrating and has made me question the reliability of Lenskart’s delivery service. I hope the company investigates this issue, improves its delivery process, and resolves my missing order as soon as possible.

I was in india for a week and initially they said the frame will be delivered in 3-4 days but later Lo after I paid they keep delaying it. Now I have to travel back and my family will have to courier it to me. I will have to bear the addition cost for international courier because of their false commitment.

I gave them 1 star because they ghosted me , then they decided to reply and had requested my 2year gold membership details.

I replied from registered membership email , gave them my contact number and provided proof of my purchases including 2 year gold membership . And its been 3 days no reply again.

Subject: Feedback on Delayed Order and Poor Customer Communication

Dear Lenskart Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my recent order.

I placed an order for two pairs of prescription glasses on 6 July, with an estimated delivery timeline of 10 working days. Unfortunately, this timeline has not been met. It is now past 2 weeks and counting. 

To date, only one pair is ready, while the second pair has been delayed twice. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication regarding these delays. I have not received any explanation, proactive update, revised estimated completion date, or any indication of when I can expect to receive the remaining pair.

As a customer, I expect timely updates whenever there is a delay, especially for prescription eyewear, which is an essential item. Instead, I have had to deal with repeated delays and uncertainty without any clear information from your team.

This experience has been disappointing and falls well below the level of service I expected from Lenskart. I would appreciate:

1) A clear explanation for the repeated delays.
A confirmed estimated delivery date for my outstanding pair of glasses.

2) Improved communication with customers whenever unforeseen delays occur.

I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to improve your customer service so that others do not have to go through this.

I am very disappointed with Lenskart’s service. Earlier, it was easy to contact a customer support representative, but now everything is handled by an automated system, which is very frustrating.

My order has been delayed, and the app says my prescription needs to be updated. However, there is no option in the app to upload or update my prescription. I have no idea what is happening with my order.

Whenever I call customer support, I can’t reach a real representative. The call either gets disconnected or keeps me in the automated system. Strangely, the sales team answers very quickly, but after transferring the call, it goes back to the automated system instead of connecting me to customer support.

There is no proper way to track or resolve order issues. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Lenskart needs to improve its support system and provide customers with access to a real customer care representative.

I ordered contact lenses online which state the product is available.   Upon the delivery date, the product is unavailable and postponed delivery.   Online WhatsApp does not work.  Call centre just rings. No pick up!!!  This online business is a scam. Go to the shop or a different company.
