## What is Lentes?

Glasses, contact lenses, and eye appointments belong together. Lentes keeps each person’s records clear and easy to find.

PRESCRIPTIONS
• Scan a paper prescription or choose a photo
• Review SPH, CYL, axis, ADD, prism, and pupillary distance before saving
• Compare changes over time and share a clean PDF
• For the profile marked as you, save compatible records to Apple Health with your permission

CONTACT LENSES
• Store lens details for each eye
• Track daily or reusable lenses, open pairs, stock, and estimated run-out dates
• Record today’s wear from Lentes, a widget, a notification action, or Siri
• Choose a low-stock threshold and plan refills with notifications, Reminders, and Calendar
• Keep supplier, price, expiry, notes, and receipt documents together

GLASSES AND APPOINTMENTS
• Add a photo, shop, price, receipt, and made date for each pair
• Mark a pair as no longer used, broken, lost, or stolen without losing its history
• Plan eye exams with clinic details, a map, Calendar, notifications, editing, sharing, and deletion
• See prescription and spending insights when enough data is available

FAMILY RECORDS
Create a separate profile for each person you help. Import or export a person’s records without mixing them with your own. Family profiles stay separate in Lentes and are not written to your Apple Health data. Siri and Shortcuts can open prescriptions, check supply, record today’s contact lens wear, and find upcoming eye exams.

FREE AND PRO
The free app supports one person, up to three glasses prescriptions, one pair of glasses, one receipt, and one contact lens prescription. A single Lentes Pro purchase unlocks unlimited records, family profiles and transfers, saved places, insights, and removes sponsored app previews. No subscription. The price is shown by the App Store for your country or region.

Prescription recognition and core records are processed on your device. No Lentes account is required.

Lentes stores and presents information you enter. It does not interpret results, diagnose conditions, prescribe lenses, or replace an eye care professional. Always confirm scanned values and follow the replacement and care instructions from your eye care professional and lens manufacturer.
