The app can significantly streamline and centralize your health goals through daily eating habits. Every scan gives you benefits, harms, and replacement suggestions based on the ingredients in your meal and your goals.

If you want to further research a hyper specific health goal, head over to the Nutrition Coach - it will give you responses with linked sources, so you can double check for hallucination and trust the AI’s response.

I no longer have to write thoughtful system instructions for ChatGPT or Gemini!
