Control your heating products conveniently from your smartphone using the free app. Whether it be heat vests, socks, gloves, vests, pant or soles - with the Lenz heat app, the heat setting of the lithium packs can be regulated quickly and without complications. Additionally, it provides an overview of the current charge level of all the lithium packs. This is perfect if the heating product is under several layers of clothes. Advantages of the app: EACH LITHIUM PACK CAN BE CONTROLLED SEPARATELY Each of the connectible lithium packs can be set to a different heat level so you get just as much heat as you need everywhere. INTERVAL FUNCTION Heating and pause times can be set individually with the interval function, which extends the lithium packs’ lifetime. LED-OFF: If the LEDs glow through a thin item of clothing, they can be deactivated. The heat output remains set as defined in the app. ORDER FOR THE LITHIUM PACKS Coloured rubber rings are delivered with the lithium packs. These help you to distinguish entire “battery pairs” from each other or to distinguish the batteries that are purposely to be used on the left and on the right. You can assign the colour of the rubber rings to the batteries in the app. LED SYSTEM: The Lenz LED system 1.0 can also be controlled with the app. Different colours, lighting modes and brightness levels can be set. I have noticed this problem this year. Last year it was not a problem. So it must be something in the last update that made this app malfunction. Please fix. It annoying to have my feet go cold when skiing. ### 1/5 — Avoid these socks *2026-03-03, version 1.60* Over 20 days in skiing this year and they keep shutting off. Contacted Lenz and they said it’s a know issue with the December iOS update but they don’t have any plans to update and fix the app. No refunds for a product that doesn’t work as advertised. With serious circulation problems I use multiple products and wish they had sections for that on the app. I am only able to control two sets of batteries. Trotz eines Preises von 300 € ist die beworbene Bluetooth-Steuerung unter iOS faktisch unbrauchbar. Das System versagt im iPhone-Alltag komplett: • Keine Hintergrund-Stabilität: Die App wird vom iPhone nicht einmal für die Hintergrundaktualisierung erkannt. Sobald das Handy in die Tasche gesteckt wird, bricht die Verbindung ab oder die Heizstufe springt willkürlich auf Null. • Asynchrones Heizen: Oft heizt nur ein Socken, während der andere kalt bleibt, oder das System schaltet sich trotz aktiver Anzeige in der App einfach ab. • Update-Lüge: Der Lenz-Support gab per Mail schriftlich massive Verbindungsprobleme mit iOS 26.1 zu. Doch selbst nach dem empfohlenen Update auf iOS 26.2 bestehen die Fehler weiterhin. Unverschämte Reklamationsabwicklung: Das Krasseste kommt zum Schluss: Nachdem der Support die Software-Fehler erst schriftlich eingeräumt hat, behauptet die Technik-Abteilung im Rücksendeschreiben plötzlich, es gäbe „keine Verbindungsprobleme“ und schiebt die Schuld auf „Anwenderfehler“. Fazit: Ein Premium-Produkt, das seine Kernfunktion (Fernsteuerung unter Skikleidung) auf dem iPhone nicht erfüllt. Der Hersteller ignoriert seit Jahren bekannte Mängel und lässt die Kunden im Regen stehen. ### 1/5 — Weil 0 nicht möglich *2026-01-21, version 1.60* Komplett unverschämt bei einem Produkt dieser Preis Kategorie, was mit einer App beworben wird, eine Registrierung für die Nutzung zu verpflichten. 300€ für Socken + Akku bezahlen & noch meine Daten angeben müssen, um die App zu benutzen. ### 1/5 — App is faulty; socks are great *2025-12-27, version 1.60* The app crashes frequently (constantly have to reset my temperature & LED light off settings) and is not compatible with Apple Watch.
