I have noticed this problem this year. Last year it was not a problem. So it must be something in the last update that made this app malfunction. Please fix. It annoying to have my feet go cold when skiing. ### 3/5 — Need improvement *2024-12-07, version 1.60* App on iPhone is working correctly but it’s lacking the Apple Watch connectivity that could greatly improve the overall experience with adjustment on the wrist instead of taking the iPhone out of the pocket each time you want to adjust the equipment. My feet starts to chill, I check the app and socks are off. I tested them sitting on a chair, not moving (to make sure i wasn’t accidentely pressing button on battery pack). No luck they always shutt off ( high temp, low temp, indicator light on or off, intermitent on or off) I only used them 10 times… and always the same results ### 1/5 — App crashes when minimized to background *2024-10-30, version 1.60* Please fix this. This drains the batteries constantly. I’ve asked numerous times for assistance and really have gotten nowhere, total waste to buy the heaters with bluetooth connectivity, save the hassle and just manually operate. What a waste of huge money. Complete regret. Update: now at next ski season and still no updated app to fix the constant bluetooth connectivity. Contacted Lenz and they said it’s a know issue with the December iOS update but they don’t have any plans to update and fix the app. No refunds for a product that doesn’t work as advertised. Avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — Vorsicht iPhone-Nutzer: Unbrauchbares System & widersprüchlicher Support *2026-02-12, version 1.60* Wer ein iPhone nutzt, sollte von diesem Lenz-System (Socken 6.1 & RCB 2000 Akkus) dringend die Finger lassen. Trotz eines Preises von 300 € ist die beworbene Bluetooth-Steuerung unter iOS faktisch unbrauchbar. Das System versagt im iPhone-Alltag komplett: • Keine Hintergrund-Stabilität: Die App wird vom iPhone nicht einmal für die Hintergrundaktualisierung erkannt. Sobald das Handy in die Tasche gesteckt wird, bricht die Verbindung ab oder die Heizstufe springt willkürlich auf Null. • Asynchrones Heizen: Oft heizt nur ein Socken, während der andere kalt bleibt, oder das System schaltet sich trotz aktiver Anzeige in der App einfach ab. • Update-Lüge: Der Lenz-Support gab per Mail schriftlich massive Verbindungsprobleme mit iOS 26.1 zu. Doch selbst nach dem empfohlenen Update auf iOS 26.2 bestehen die Fehler weiterhin. Unverschämte Reklamationsabwicklung: Das Krasseste kommt zum Schluss: Nachdem der Support die Software-Fehler erst schriftlich eingeräumt hat, behauptet die Technik-Abteilung im Rücksendeschreiben plötzlich, es gäbe „keine Verbindungsprobleme“ und schiebt die Schuld auf „Anwenderfehler“. Fazit: Ein Premium-Produkt, das seine Kernfunktion (Fernsteuerung unter Skikleidung) auf dem iPhone nicht erfüllt. Ha oui, je crois qu’on ne doit pas trop porter attention mais le niveau d’énergie du bas gauche dans mon cas baisse légèrement plus vite que le droit et ce sur deux paires de bas. With serious circulation problems I use multiple products and wish they had sections for that on the app. I am only able to control two sets of batteries.
