In order to use this app to even start setting up your scooter it requires an email verification and despite multiple tries did not come through. This has effectively made the scooter I purchased useless. They need to fix this app asap

it won’t send a code to register and I put my email in several times, checked my spam folder and nothing. scanning for devices and it keeps saying make sure Bluetooth is turned on and it’s on. At least the app is in Spanish now which is easier to read than Chinese.
