App won’t launch

Trying to launch app on my iPad. It asks for the tel #... I enter it but the ball just spins, nothing happens, it won’t launch. I have a USA cell number, trying in Tel Aviv. All my other scooter apps work great, like Lime, etc.

Horrible

Worst app ever! Got a scooter where the pump didn’t work and had to walk it back to the parking spot....

Constant Issues

This is the only scooter that gives me constant issues. Bird, Lime, and Wind are all significantly better options. This time, I started a ride, and the scooter unlocked but it didn’t register on my phone. So therefore when I got where I needed to go, I couldn’t lock the scooter to end the ride. It’s still charging me as I write this. I hope customer service will resolve it but I will try to never use this service again. I’ve had numerous other lock/unlock issues in the past, and once the wheels locked while I was mid-ride and I went flying over the handlebars. This is the worst scooter option you can find.

Scooters in dangerous condition, working bad

Working bad

Wasted 5 percent of battery trying to open

Had a precious 8 percent of battery and was desperately trying to get home, tried unlocking a Leo for the first time and got the loading screen numerous times while I watched the percent of my battery go down and down hoping it would work. Sadly it just returned to the map every time. Spending my last 2 percent of battery writing this review just to show how disappointed I am and how I won’t be using them again
