Make it fast and simple and clutter free ### 4/5 — Not always functional *2026-07-23* The majority of the time completing the surveys and getting your rewards is not an issue however there are times when you complete a survey and it either freezes before you get your rewards or just crashes all together. My only complaint is that the payout of Aeroplan points (which is why I joined in the first place) isn’t worth it - 500 Aeroplan points or a $20 gift card (the choice is clear). Their competition pays out more than double that rate for Aeroplan points. So, I always just get Amazon gift cards. It should be no less than 1000 points per $20. ### 2/5 — Used to be great *2026-01-30, version 6.7.1* I’ve been a member for 5+ years. More and more frequently now I have been frustrated with late disqualification and then it takes forever for customer service to respond. About the rewards it usually take up to 5 to 7 day to get it. Then when I eventually was able to reach the prize they said I received the coupon but definitely did not. Either you don’t qualify for most of the surveys, or they have expired within hours, or some other obscure reason. ### 1/5 — Waste of time. *2026-03-16, version 6.7.1* This app is constantly recommended but after months of doing surveys and finally having enough to redeem a gift card, I never received the reward. It took 20,000 points to redeem anything and it ended up being a waste of my time. I’ve tried to contact customer service twice with no reply. It’s been well over a month since I had redeemed my reward with no contact from the company. The surveys are very lengthy and it takes a very long time to gain points. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2026-01-25* I’ve had this app for THREE years and have yet to receive anything meaningful. No rewards, no money, no nothing. Surveys are too long and then at the beginning you PROMISE a certain amount of points and at the end you don’t even give them. You waste your time doing a whole bunch of surveys that are literally all the same, to build up points. Then when you go to redeem the points for gift cards, they don’t send them to you. And when you reach out to customer support, no one replies. Huge red flag! ### 1/5 — Don’t bother. *2025-08-18, version 6.7.1* What a waste of time. Basically every survey I’ve tried to do for the past weeks lets me get 10+ minutes into answering questions (often with very detailed information) and then tells me I’m “not eligible” and I get a token amount of points as compensation. I’m done giving away my personal information basically for free. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Automatic Reward redemption is exceptional *2026-02-25, version 6.7.1* The automatic reward redemption feature that LEO has recently launched motivates users to complete more and more surveys on a weekly basis and is exceptional. Thanks for the implementation and rollout! ### 5/5 — Solid Survey Platform *2026-02-24, version 6.7.1* This is a very good way to make some extra cash on the side and after trying several survey apps I can definitely say this is the only one worth your time. I’ve made over $100 and I can even get money onto PayPal then directly deposit it into my bank account. Although it can seem a little outdated it still works exactly how it’s intended (it will sometimes send you to external links). Also a plus that they have draws and bonuses for how much you use the app (I’ve got $10 just from reaching milestones for number of surveys completed). Not sure why there are so many scathing reviews but I’ve had no problem with LEO. The estimated time for each survey and each reward is equal to $1 per 10 minutes on average but I’ve gotten surveys on a couple occasions that have offered up to $25 for 25 minutes. The threshold for payouts is only $5 whereas it used to be $20 which may be why so many people have complained. I do wish there were more available surveys which is my only real gripe with this platform particularly but there is still quite a fair amount (and as I said some can give you more money than others). That being said, the people commenting that they don’t have enough surveys or they’re answering a lot of questions without getting a reward must not understand how the screening algorithm works or have some other user error. I’ve only rarely had this problem maybe once or twice where it seems I’ve answered more than just the screening section of a questionnaire but maybe this used to be a bigger problem. Whatever it may be I would suggest that they’ve made some effort to alleviate these concerns and improve the overall experience. ### 5/5 — Love this app *2025-12-14, version 6.7.1* I can make money pretty fast on this app and there are even gift card contest that I have won before. They also give surveys based on questions you answer so they are more suited to your likes. Sometimes it kicks you out but it makes sense if you do not qualify for their research. But you still get at least 50 points. They take a bit to add up. As you keep playing more surveys and longer surveys offering more points will come up. it’s worth it an hour or two doing surveys makes you 20$. ### 5/5 — Great App *2025-11-18, version 6.7.1* I have been using this for some time and it’s been great. 1000 points is 1 dollar CAD. For an est. 10 minute survey, you get 1000 points and so on. You also get what are called chances what can be used to enter sweepstakes of which I have yet to win. It’s really easy to use and you can take out a minimum of 5 dollars in various ways like papal and virtual prepaid Mastercard. My only complaint is when a survey has already gotten its required entries, you can’t do it and you only find out after you click on it. You do get a small reward but it would be nice if it just wasn’t shown in the first place. ### 5/5 — Ivan *2025-10-30, version 6.7.1* This is a great survey app they don’t waste your time give it a go 👍👍🤗 ### 5/5 — Great Customer Service *2025-09-19, version 6.7.1* I had an issue with one survey and contacted Customer Service because l was doing the survey and got kicked out and it sent me back to restart the whole survey again. The second time the same thing happened. Couldn’t do the survey. Customer service looked into my issue promptly and within 24 hours they sent me an email apologizing and gave me the allotted reward points for the survey and also the points for entering their draws. Too bad other sites couldn’t adopt and implement Leo’s customer services practices as they are the epitome of what good customer service really is. ### 5/5 — Not a scam *2025-09-15, version 6.7.1* It’s legit guys I think I have gotten 2 or 3 gift cards so far. It’s a Canadian platform as far as I know and you get a certain amount of points for each survey (a lot of surveys you get 2000 points, some can be pretty long) and once you get to like 20k you can get a 20$ e-giftcard or you can donate to charity. ### 5/5 — Amazing App *2025-06-26, version 6.7.1* I can’t believe this is so amazing survey App ### 5/5 — Best *2025-05-01, version 6.7.1* The best survey app I’ve come across.
