Telefon nömrəmi Türkiyə nömrəsinə dəyişmişəm. Bank tətbiqi məni birdən-birə sistemdən çıxardı və yenidən giriş etmək üçün yalnız Azərbaycan nömrəmi qəbul edir. Lakin mən artıq Azərbaycanda yaşamadığım üçün SMS kodu ala bilmirəm. Müştəri xidmətlərinə dəfələrlə müraciət etmişəm, amma heç bir cavab verilmir. Halbuki tətbiqin üzərində 24/7 dəstək göstərildiyi yazılıb. Bu vəziyyət mənim üçün böyük problem yaradır, çünki nə hesabıma daxil ola bilirəm, nə də dəstəkdən kömək alıram. The UI and UX is really poor, the all is consist from couple pages and very important of them is Subscription pages, terrible that they don’t even worked at that page. U cant see what was blocked and what was passed. They block literally every subscription, they don’t have any filters in place. There is no english language on. A lot of wrong advertisement.
