If you’re able to successfully log in you’re going to find yourself waiting multiple minutes while the app “syncs”. Once you finally get to the page you need it will then freeze, sync again and you will be losing valuable time waiting and waiting to complete an inspection. It gets so frustrating that you just skip the mobile option, take photos and save them to your device and then send them to your inbox so you can slowly complete on a desktop. Such a huge waste of time and incredibly frustrating app. ### 1/5 — New update makes the long load times even longer *2026-06-04* The new update where every subsection has to be loaded in has doubled if not tripled the amount of time it takes to complete any assignments. Please go back to the old layout. Entrata is a million times better than this app. Being forced to switch to this app was the worse decision ever. If you have never used entrata before give that a try instead of this app that toddlers made. ### 1/5 — Terrible integration *2026-02-17* Be prepared to sign in several times while the system also signs you out. Don’t worry, it will eventually work the 3rd if not the 4th time. Not lying, the system shows success upon integration, but it doesn’t work by saving your login information. While the offline mode works, you’re still going to have to a few bugs and some line items may go missing, you just have to get back online and turn off the offline mode. For users, don’t miss any of their instructions as there are several steps involved that has to be done properly, but again that may not work at first. You have to follow the steps depending on if your online or offline for the app. ### 1/5 — App Is Useless *2025-11-18* I’ve been using this app at my job for nearly 4 years now. For some reason, the past month or so it won’t let me do my tasks on the app. It automatically takes me to a webpage and even after signing in, it won’t let me use the app. It’s really annoying and support tried to help, but then wanted to share screens and all just because what they told me to do didn’t work. As if I’m not doing it right… lol. Anyway yeah fix the app or just get rid of it! ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2025-11-17* I am constantly in shock at how horrifically this app performs. I have had to delete and redownload this app 5+ times because it will just STOP WORKING and is not fixed by a reset. It takes me hours to do tasks that should take 20 minutes. I genuinely don't understand how Leo continues getting corporate contracts when it is so awful to work with. The ap itself is unreliable and unstable, operating in it adds 1-2 hours to each day as just logging into it is a chore all in its own. The dashboard is not intuitive, cluttered and pathways have no logic. I would suggest organizations utilize OneDrive or some other platform for its document storage and hiring an excel designer to automate inspections. ### 1/5 — Unreliable App & Product! *2024-01-31* Much like the overall product, the app isn’t great! In some instances, we have waited over 2 hours for work orders to come through. The company touts how great their PMS integrations are, but they don’t work. The app constantly crashes and is not reliable. We’ve spent many hours doing turn inspections for the app to not save our data. You have no ability to view reporting info from the app, so you’ll be forced to use a kiosk. I’d highly recommend looking into other solutions and avoid making the same mistake we did! ### 1/5 — App sync *2023-12-02, version 2023.10.0.5* Have to delete app every time as it never sync’s. I’d suggest starting over from the beginning if I intended to fix this dumpster fire they call “software.” Constantly buffering, deleting data, randomly placing data where it doesn’t go, freezing, etc. I’m about 3/4 of the way through a 12-ish hour workday and at least 45 minutes to an hour of it has been dedicated to waiting on this stupid app to start working again. Don’t waste your time or money, look elsewhere 👍 ### 1/5 — Horrible Update *2026-07-15, version 202607.0.2* Since the update this app has become so frustrating to use. Syncing takes forever now when closing out Mo inspections. I think the only reason this app still exist is because the people designing it are not the people using it.
