### 5/5 — Cat lover

*2015-12-04, version 1.0.2*

Great value game with loads of play time. Great for all ages!

### 5/5 — not just for kids!

*2015-11-20*

I'm a grumpy old man (with an equally old and grumpy cat).
This game is clever fun with excellent production values.
Only at level 3 but enjoying the light, entertaining diversion.
Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Level 50?

*2015-11-19*

I am an adult and I was enjoying this game very much until I got to level 50. I think there is something wrong, a bug or something. There is no way to get through it with no more inventions than given. I've tried everything.
Please fix. I really like this game.
Thanks.
UPDATED:never mind, didn't know the drill went through concrete! Got it! Great game!!!

### 5/5 — Not just for kids

*2015-11-16*

I'm always on the lookout for a quirky brain teaser app to play while riding the subway. This game has quickly jumped to the top of the list. Great design and simple interface make it easy to play a level or two between stops (maybe more if the mta is against you that day)

### 5/5 — Great app, lots of fun!

*2015-11-15*

Just pure pleasure, and the cat is a wonderful character! More please!

### 5/5 — Innovative and fun!

*2015-11-13*

Really cool concept, sleek graphics, and fun gameplay. I do wish there were more levels but it's a great time waster. I'm 18 and I find the gameplay quite enjoyable if a bit easy, but that does keep it from becoming frustrating. Getting stuck on a level for weeks or months on a game is really discouraging. :/

### 5/5 — Interesting puzzle app. For young folk

*2015-11-12*

Nice calm music, nice animation, no race, nothing gruesome-and an interesting, engaging story line. Scungilli, Leonardo's cat bravely undergoes all challenges and danger to help his master. The player must use strategy and planning to guide Scungilli through level after level of puzzles using creative inventions that Leonardo has conceived. This puzzle is one where there is more than one strategy, the player is not stuck just trying to guess what the app. Creator was thinking to solve the delimmas. This app.should be changed to an 8-12 age range as an average 6 year old could not complete this without much frustration.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2015-11-12*

Really enjoying working through this game with my six year old. He loves the puzzles and laughs cheerfully at all the little jokes at the end of each level. This app is an excellent purchase for this age group - a splendid introduction to logic puzzles.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2015-11-08, version 1.0.0*

One of the best games I ever played on the App Store. And I play a lot of games

### 5/5 — What fun!

*2015-11-07*

Thanks for creating such a fun, inventive inventive game combining four of my favorite things: beautiful graphic design, logic, cats and art history. Two paws up!

### 5/5 — Fantastic puzzling fun with Sir Patrick Stewart!!!

*2015-11-05, version 1.0.0*

A charming puzzle game for young and old audiences alike, with great graphics and wonderful voiceover from Jean-Luc Picard himself...the cat is hoot too!

### 5/5 — The cat's meow

*2015-11-05*

Cool game play + graphics. Fun Leonardo trivia.
Patrick Stewart is the bomb.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No audio?

*2024-12-07, version 1.0.2*

Complete fail - there is no audio on our download, which means there are no game instructions and no enjoyment. Total waste of money.

### 1/5 — Boring!

*2015-11-06, version 1.0.0*

Want my money back!

### 2/5 — New levels?

*2018-09-06*

I paid for this game and really enjoyed it! It worked my brain very well. However I’m quite disappointed that there aren’t any new levels! Like seriously, games I’ve gotten for free come up with new levels all the time! Can there please be some new levels. I’d even deal with the ads if it means more levels!

### 3/5 — Repetitive

*2015-11-07*

Feels like the same level, over and over again.

### 4/5 — Fun but developers quit

*2023-02-21*

Fun but the updates never came and they quit 2020 reviewed 2023 feb 16

### 4/5 — Fun obstacle game

*2015-11-21*

Story aside, this is an enjoyable game in which you aid the cat Scungili ("conches") through an obstacle course by placing a limited supply of devices (which even include a teleporter--Leonardo must have been more advanced than we realize) where they will be needed. It's offered as a kids' game, and adults may not find it challenging enough, but it's a pleasant puzzle for grownups too. I do find some of the things Scungili is put through unpleasant, but Leonardo (Patrick Stewart's voice) assures us he never suffers any serious harm. Multiple language options are included.

### 5/5 — I love this game so much

*2025-04-27, version 1.0.2*

I loved the game so much I want your best apps (that is from earlier then 2020)for the Apple Arcade and I will be happy if you make them 😃😃😃😃😃

### 5/5 — More Please!

*2023-12-10, version 1.0.2*

Great app, please make more. Loved the playful physics challenges

### 5/5 — Mountains of fun!

*2022-10-24*

This is one of the most engaging and brain training Apps which ALL my grandchildren love to pieces.
Figuring out where to use the tools available to Scungilli, Leonardo’s cat, to traverse all the obstacles in gathering the rewards is incredibly fun.
My youngest grandson is 2-1/2, and he says “this game is my favorite game grandpa”.
I have a slight addiction to playing the game as well.
It teaches a number of skills to any child along with developing the ability to use clear logic when multiple choices are available which all have differing stages of power to direct the cat on his way.
The videos are so engaging that the kids will often watch Scungilli attempt the same level over and over.
I would highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to help build real world skills in the children’s thinking and knowledge!

### 5/5 — Great game!

*2021-02-01, version 1.0.2*

This game is amazing and I love it so much and I get so much nostalgia from it LOL

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent for little inventors

*2019-02-17, version 1.0.2*

Brilliant game that my 7 year old inventor really enjoyed. It also helped with understanding the physics behind movement. Highly recommend. Looking forward to new challenges.

### 5/5 — A fun game BUT....

*2016-12-24*

I love this game BUT you have yet to resolve the issue of the level 50 which has no solution. When you have addressed that problem, I will happily return to one of the most entertaining games I have ever played. Please fix this folks! I miss my play time with your game! And the fun cat!

Well, after a break, I've returned to this great game and, after reading two reviews about level 50 having a solution, tried tried tried again! And to my happy surprise, there IS a solution to level 50!!! YEAH! Love this game! Well done!

### 5/5 — Battery usage

*2016-02-11*

Well I figured out level 50. Apparently it isn't impossible! But now I finished the game. And I want more. However, compared to my other games, it takes WAY too much battery power. Need more levels! Keep those updates coming.

### 5/5 — Love this game

*2016-02-06*

My 7 year old and I both had so much fun playing this through to the end! (Yes, there is a solution to level 50.) It is beautiful art, fun puzzles, and I love the cat's expressions. Educational in terms of problem-solving and a little history on Leonardo da Vinci. And, yes, I am a long fan of Patrick Stewart, too!

### 5/5 — Game is Great

*2015-12-07*

Got this for my 7 year old. He’s completely hooked and loves figuring out the different ways to get the cat across. It’s such a cool thing to teach trial and error, debugging, and problem solving. As an adult, I even like it a lot!

### 5/5 — A great puzzler AND Patrick Stewart?!?!

*2015-12-06*

My 5 year boy loves this puzzler. The music is great, the atmosphere is great, puzzles are straightforward and logical, perfect for someone young. I'm playing it separately and am finding it fun as well.
