He has a very good base. I would recommend a few things adding the fact that you could be able to see your delivery driver or at least a time until your order arrives. Also, it would be nice to see your order history as well. Like I said great start definitely plan to use it to get some delicious pizza. ### 5/5 — Great pizza. Great app. *2017-10-06* I love not talking to people. The app lets you customize your pizza like a video game character, and pre order it for times in the future. And it remembers all your favorite orders, credit card numbers and addresses. Got to the store and was told another 30 minutes They move delivery pizzas ahead of your app order Call it in and get them to confirm a time! ### 1/5 — This app is hot garbage *2021-09-04* You can’t edit an order once you’ve started one. It always pops a notification about curbside pickup, even if you’ve specified delivery. Also, it doesn’t tell you potential delivery up front, so you don’t find out your wait time until you place the order and receive an email confirmation. One of the worst mobile apps I’ve ever used. You’re better off calling in your order, fortunately Leonardo’s pizza and service are far superior than this random collection of mobile screens they are trying to convince us is an “app”. ### 1/5 — Wouldn’t let me redeem my reward *2020-12-08* This app is insanely stupid. I have spent iver 100$ in this dumb pizza just go to get one 10$ off reward and it doesn’t even work. I’ve waited over 24 hours and even call leanardoes and the person on the phone was SO RUDE! I can’t believe this is happening! ### 1/5 — Does not work on the latest OS. *2018-05-09* App doesn’t work on the latest iOS release. Tapping create new order and then selecting delivery then selecting an address brings you back to the home screen and there is no way to enter a delivery order. Pearl st location had no idea what I was talking about, even though it's on the front page of their website. Called corporate, they seemed helpful and said they'd call me back, never did. Needs a bug fix. ### 2/5 — Checkout is Glitchy *2024-02-16* Good app for pizza selection but we often get credit card errors at check out without a way to delete/remove prior credit card information - I get an error from the profile / credit card section also - simply no way to access or delete. when I try to reenter the number at check out it gives me a duplicate card error. Reentering is not an option when I need some wings and za. Also says the nickname is taken... it’s not ### 2/5 — Good App but... *2016-11-08, version 2.0.3* Good app but I tried to order chicken tenders and the sauce button doesn't work. Won't let me pick one, and won't let me not pick one. Tried ordering double chicken tenders but that requires picking two dipping sauces and only one of the sauce buttons works and it won't let you not pick a second one. Guess they lost that part of the sale. ### 2/5 — Coupons empty cart *2016-06-18, version 2.0.3* Every time I add a coupon, it empties my cart and I have to start over. Has every option you want without being glitchy and a mess.
