## What is Leor?

Leor — Your asthma, allergy, and eczema tracker for kids

Leor is a simple tool designed to help parents and caregivers track what is happening day to day and feel more prepared for conversations with their child's care team.

Born out of a parent's frustration

Managing a child with asthma, food allergies, and eczema can feel constant and overwhelming. We were trying to keep track of symptoms, medications, reactions, skin flares, and everything we wanted to bring up at doctor visits, often while running on little sleep.

We relied on notes, memory, and spreadsheets, but we still found ourselves forgetting important details or struggling to clearly communicate what had actually been happening over time.

We needed one place to track everything and make sense of it. So we built Leor for our own family. As we started using it, we realized how helpful it could be for other families navigating asthma, food allergies, and eczema, just like us.

Our mission

No family should feel overwhelmed or unprepared when managing their child's asthma, food allergies, or eczema. When parents have a clear, organized view of what is happening day to day, they can communicate more effectively with their care team and feel more confident in their child's care.

Leor exists to help families stay organized, feel prepared, and focus more on their kids.

Everything in one place

Medication tracking. Log inhalers, nebulizer treatments, antihistamines, topical creams, and other medications with schedules, history, and reminders.

Symptom and treatment logs. Track daily symptoms, treatments, and reactions to better understand patterns over time. A built-in cough counter helps catch flares early.

Eczema flare tracking. Log skin flares, severity, body location, triggers, steroid creams, and moisturizers. Add photos to spot patterns and share clear updates with your child's care team.

Care summaries for doctor visits. Turn the last 30 days into a clear, printable summary so you do not have to rely on memory at appointments.

Pre-visit notes. Keep track of questions and updates ahead of appointments so nothing gets missed.

Air quality and allergen data. See daily air quality, pollen levels, and asthma-risk alerts to help plan ahead.

Action plans. Keep your child's asthma, allergy, and eczema action plans accessible when you need them.

Family sharing. Share access with a partner, grandparent, or other caregivers so everyone stays aligned.

Built for real life

Multi-child support, with each child color-coded for quick visual identification. Antibiotic and steroid courses with day-by-day dose check-off. Medication reminders that respect your real schedule. A Last Flare card so you instantly remember what happened, when, and what worked. Works offline so you are never stuck without your child's history.

Made for families like yours

Parents of children with asthma. Families managing food allergies or anaphylaxis risk. Parents tracking eczema flares, triggers, and skin care routines. Households with multiple children and different conditions. Co-parents and caregivers who need to stay in sync. Parents who want to feel more prepared at doctor visits. Families navigating asthma, allergies, and eczema together.

Your data, handled with care

Your data is yours. We never sell it and we never use it for advertising. Health information is encrypted and family sharing is invitation-only.

An important note

Leor is a tracking and organizational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your child's pediatrician, allergist, pulmonologist, or other care team.

We would love to hear from you

Leor is an early-stage tool and we are constantly improving it based on feedback from real families. If something would make your day easier, tell us.

### 5/5 — So helpful

*2026-05-28*

Such an incredibly helpful app, especially for keeping track of when my child had an attack and how we treated it. In the heat of the moment, everything can happen so fast, so having an app like this readily available is incredibly reassuring. Being able to show our doctors exactly what happened has been a complete game changer.
