## What is Les Croup Lines?

Les Croup Lines helps you learn everyday French with flashcards, then say the words out loud.

Study with flashcards
Eight decks with 96 useful words and phrases: greetings, cafe and food, travel, numbers, family, shopping, work, and time. Every card shows the French text, the pronunciation in IPA, the English meaning and an example sentence. Tap a card to reveal the answer, then mark it as known or ask to see it again. Cards you know come back later, cards you miss come back sooner.

Hear it and say it
Listen to any phrase read in French at the speed you choose. Then record yourself and get a pronunciation score with a word by word breakdown, so you can see which words sounded clear and which need practice. The check uses the speech recognition built into iOS. The app asks for microphone and speech recognition access the first time you try it, and flashcards work without it. Your recordings are never saved.

Stay motivated
Earn XP, level up, keep your daily streak and reach your daily goal. Collect twelve bronze, silver and gold medals and see your week at a glance on the progress screen.

Made for iPhone and iPad
A rich red, black and gold design, comfortable text sizes, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support.

Free and private
Les Croup Lines is completely free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no ads. You do not need an account, and your progress is stored only on your device.
