While exploring old family memories in her grandmother's attic, Alice, a resident of Spicheren, finds her great-great-grandfather's diary.
As she turns the pages, she discovers the incredible story behind this notebook and offers to read us the stories told by the soldiers themselves.

A narrative and immersive journey for young and old alike, which will plunge you into the tormented memory of a place that appears so peaceful, to meet those who lived there during the conflicts of 1870 and 1939-1945.

At each stage of the tour, an audio recording brings to life a fictional character whose story is based on real anecdotes and facts. 
Under each of these recordings, the texts and archival documents used as a basis for their creation are gathered together, including an exceptional 360° panorama of the reconstructed battlefield.
