Body Pump allows me to stand on a firm foundation to successfully walk through everyday life with confidence and power. The movements get my blood pumping, my heart rate up, and my body stretching. The music , that drives the workout is dynamic and the coaching is incredibly uplifting. I am grateful and thankful to have Les Mills Body Pump exercise program as part of my training routine. Navigation is user friendly and the fact that I can build my own playlists is awesome . I would love to be able to search which releases have certain moves (e.g. street brawl). I would love to be able to duplicate a playlist that way if I want to change a couple of things, I don’t have to build from scratch ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2026-06-07* There are so many issues, from voices being on when I have them set to “off”, to it freezing up when I have to leave and come back during a playback. I also wish it would allow screen-in-screen playing. Like most of us, I live and breathe releases in the weeks leading up to launch, and this app is not user-friendly. At all. Thank goodness early in my teaching career I was introduced to alternate song streaming/playlist services so I don’t rely on this glitchy app when I go to teach classes!
