Je me retrouve à avoir payer 10 euros de plus et l’on a accès uniquement à 10 activités (identique qu’auparavant) ! Le SAV me donne 500 Patounes pour nourrir l ‘animal de l ‘application! Ils adorent. Et voilà qu‘un jour ils viennent me voir pour me demander de le « débloquer »… Et en effet, malgré l‘abonnement (59,99€ quand même) plusieurs jeux de l‘application étaient bloqués… J‘essaie de restaurer l’achat, impossible, une icône tourne et rien ne se passe, je redémarre l‘iPad, toujours pareil, je vérifie le wifi… Je finis par envoyer un message au service client qui ne répond pas (ça fait au moins 2 semaines). Je suis allée jusqu’à réinitialiser l‘iPad et là, enfin, en réinstallant les jeux dans l‘app store, je découvre que suite aux mises à jour l‘app n‘est plus compatible avec l‘iPad.
