The young lady behind the counter educated me on the testing of the pool. The salt reading is also way low. I’ve returned my AccuBlue tester twice and that didn’t help. I have cross-checked the results of the Accublue device with the standard tests. More often than not, they don’t agree. Last year I had a lot of problems with green cloudy water. This year, I decided to just trust the Accublue machine and follow the test results treatment plans. So far, I’m not thrilled with the results. But, I’m going to stick with it and see if the treatment plans can get my pool back on track. I have also had issues with the app not saving my test results as it should. I have spoken with the people in the stores that use this testing device and others have had the same issues. I have started recording the results on my phone as well as verifying them in the app. It may get better as Leslie’s get more and more feedback. ### 3/5 — Develop an IPad Version *2025-05-29, version 9.4.4* Would you be able to develop an IPad Version of this application. ### 1/5 — Password reset doesn’t support password managers *2025-05-25, version 9.4.3* I’m unable to access the app because I can get into my account due to the password reset flow not allowing password managers. Look, Leslie’s, like all pool shops, are rip-off merchants (I get my stuff other than liquid chlorine online of from Home Depot for far less cost) but when they’re app doesn’t even work… seriously? Will be calling Leslie’s since this is something I shouldn’t be charged for… ### 1/5 — Please fix your checkout *2025-07-22, version 9.4.6* For the love of everything good and holy, please fix your checkout out bugs in this app. This is twice I’ve tried to order something using my gift card balance and also use my credit card for the remaining balance. It will charge my card, but it never executes the order as complete and ready for pick up/ or delivery. It also doesn’t debit the gift card balance. It’s like it never happened. This is infuriating and I find it MUCH easier to simply order from Amazon. ### 1/5 — Takes Money without Processing *2025-07-01, version 9.4.5* Think twice before trying to order through Apple Pay, it took $320 for equipment and took the money without processing the order. Customer service doesn’t see a problem with this and says I need to submit another order. You expect consumers to have confidence in submitting another order when the last one took my money? Poor customer care. Wasted money and time. ### 1/5 — Slow low app that crashes *2025-06-25, version 9.4.5* This is by far the slowest app I have ever used, it takes forever to open, forever to use, and is unavailable at sporadic times. It doesn’t make any sense why it is so slow compared to any other app. I tried to test my pool early this morning, which was critical before I went to work for the kids to use, and then my pulse section is just not working, horrible, horrible app recommend using a different company. ### 1/5 — STILL WAITING ON POOL… *2025-06-20, version 9.4.5* We ordered a pool and it said it would arrive the 18 , it was the 10th . THEN a day before it was SUPPOSED to come it got delayed . It didn’t say anything else . We texted to agent there and they said to wait for an update from someone else who can provide higher support . There’s been NOTHING . We’re waiting more than a week it’s been at least 10 day . It will probably be more . It’s the 20th .Definitely not the service I want . Or have an active membership”, but I just paid at the beginning of the month and double-checked my account online and it is indeed active. The app update seems to have broken the ability to test, not good!
